The mids are carefully tuned to avoid a hollow sound, and the treble is well-controlled to prevent harshness or sibilance, with a satisfying treble tonality. Bass remains well-contained, not intruding into the midrange frequencies enwhen using stock white eartips and a linear source. Cable The stock cable has the best timbre and overtones for the treble, but can be slightly dark. A soft and ethereal-sounding cable makes the presentation slightly bland despite maintaining a sub-bass quantity that feels out of place. The UM Copper M3, a4-Wire 22AWG High-grade OCC Copper with PVC Shielding, is the best. It improves speed and clarity, smoothes the edges, adds sub-bass elasticity and rumble, and the treble maintains most of the timbral quality with more sparkle. The UM Copper M3 may not have perfect synergy with the Mest Indigo (imo), but it works well with the Khopesh.
