The high damping factor makes the HPA V202 a smart choice for difficult to drive headphones, and the ultralow-noise operation pairs well with the 60V internal operating voltage provide incredible detail and optimal performance on both high- and low-impedance models.
The elegantly crafted amp offers both unbalanced 1/4" and unbalanced 4.4mm Pentaconn front-panel headphone jacks along with a large 38mm volume dial with an Alps RK 27 attenuator. An input switch lets you easily toggle between the balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs on the rear panel. Also on the back are dip switches that allow you to set pre-gain levels from -18 to +18 dB to create a perfect match for your headphones.

Tuning and Sound Signature
The Khopesh features a deep, resonant sub-bass and well-extended treble, providing clarity and detail with a hint of shimmer, without becoming overly bright or harsh. It maintains a balanced sound with an enhanced sub-bass that adds a sense of power and presence. There's a slight warmth from the natural decay of sound, rather than a smooth or thick presentation. The upper mids and treble offer clarity and detail, with instruments like the cello and bass guitar conveying warmth, and vocals and cymbals sounding clear and detailed without being too forward. The mids are carefully tuned to avoid a hollow sound, and the treble is well-controlled to prevent harshness or sibilance, with a satisfying treble tonality. Bass remains well-contained, not intruding into the midrange frequencies enwhen using stock white eartips and a linear source.
Cable
The stock cable has the best timbre and overtones for the treble, but can be slightly dark. A soft and ethereal-sounding cable makes the presentation slightly bland despite maintaining a sub-bass quantity that feels out of place. The UM Copper M3, a4-Wire 22AWG High-grade OCC Copper with PVC Shielding, is the best. It improves speed and clarity, smoothes the edges, adds sub-bass elasticity and rumble, and the treble maintains most of the timbral quality with more sparkle. The UM Copper M3 may not have perfect synergy with the Mest Indigo (imo), but it works well with the Khopesh.

LSIS performs very well in interpreting vocals, especially the female singer, whose voice is sweet and transparent. The expressiveness of the treble is outstanding.
The latest Moonlight Ultra features a nine-driver turbid configuration on each side. It’s a highly-capable in-ear monitor capable of delivering fuller, enjoyable sound for everyday listening.
Moonlight features a combination of nine drivers on each side. It features a 10mm bio-diaphragm dynamic driver unit, four Sonion, and Knowles BA drivers, and four Sonion EST drivers.
The 10mm DD unit here produces a deep-hitting bass response with extended sub-bass. The midrange has got lovely vocals and crisp clarity for instruments thanks to two high-performance BA drivers(1 from Sonion and the other from Knowles). Moonlight Ultra has got a crisp and detailed high-frequency response with two BA drivers from Knowles. The four SONION EST drivers produce exceptional clarity in the ultra-high frequency region. Yanyin Moonlight Ultra has got an expanded frequency response producing as low as 20Hz and going as high as 40kHz.
